Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. I kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow me to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, I do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out within 7 days. I'll work with you to adjust the style or color to better meet your expectations.
Children & Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing environment, I kindly ask that children under 12 not accompany you unless they have an appointment. Additional guests are also requested to wait in the reception area to avoid overcrowding in the styling space.
